With over 41 years of experience in the food service supply industry, I have built a strong foundation in both the operational and sales aspects of this dynamic field. My journey began with my family’s distributor business in Ottawa, where I gained hands-on experience across various roles. After 30 years as the Ontario District Sales Manager for a major U.S.-based manufacturer, I decided to branch out and establish my own company.

Today, as President of Prime Culinary Supplies, I lead an agency that represents a diverse range of suppliers offering smallwares and light equipment for the food service industry. Our product lines serve a wide variety of sectors, including stadiums, healthcare facilities, contract feeding operations, mining camps, cruise lines, entertainment complexes, hotels, schools, chain restaurants, supermarkets, casinos, and golf clubs.
